- Drive accountability for DEI to the leaders and boards of organisations by aiding understanding to make it a strategic priority
- Collaborate with and share our experience and knowledge with the broader DEI community to continue the professional development and adoption of DEI best practice
- Contribute to the global development of DEI through the financial and professional support of under-represented groups and bodies
- Ensure the continuous learning of ourselves. Constantly seek out the realities and new solutions in what is such an important, emotive and constantly evolving area. Education drives change!
