  5. Collaborate with and share our experience and knowledge with the broader DEI community to continue the professional development and adoption of DEI best practice
  6. Contribute to the global development of DEI through the financial and professional support of under-represented groups and bodies
  7. Ensure the continuous learning of ourselves. Constantly seek out the realities and new solutions in what is such an important, emotive and constantly evolving area. Education drives change!
